Daily! Unlike other platforms who are slow to roll out new features, Ivorey releases brand new features and upgrades to the platform every workday. If there's certain features you need that are missing, there's an extremely high chance it's already in development and due to be released soon. Getting your business onto Ivorey means you will constantly be at the cutting-edge of technology - with zero need to keep hopping platforms or adding new subscriptions required.

Ivorey integrates with Facebook Pages and Groups, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google My Business, X (Formally Twitter), YouTube and Pinterest. You can even schedule your content to these platforms from inside of Ivorey - including direct posting of Reels and TikToks (with no manual pushing required!)

You can technically manage multiple businesses inside one Ivorey account – things like websites, funnels, forms, and social media scheduling can all be separated and managed under the same roof. But, there are some limitations to be aware of that might impact your setup:

• Only one Stripe and PayPal integration per account

• Only one email sending domain

• Only one custom client portal domain

• Only one connected Google or Facebook business profile for reviews/reputation

Because of these limitations – especially when it comes to separating client communications, payment systems, and branding – we usually recommend having a separate Ivorey account for each business. It’ll give you a much smoother backend and avoid any confusion between your clients.

That said, if you’re happy to manually segment your systems and the limitations above don’t impact you, it is possible to keep both inside one account using separate folders, tags, and workflows to keep everything tidy.

So if you're planning to run multiple businesses from the same account, it’s worth considering how that might impact your email setup. Yes, you can absolutely add team members to your Ivorey account - and as many as you like! Whether you’ve got a small support team or a growing crew of VAs, assistants, or coaches, you can invite them in and assign different permissions so they only see what they need to. You stay in full control of what’s visible to who.

Yes, you can host multiple websites inside your Ivorey account -  and there’s no limit to how many you can create. That means you can build out websites for different offers, audiences, or projects all under the one roof. Each website can have its own custom domain too, so it all looks and feels polished and professional. That said, if you’re planning to run multiple separate businesses under one Ivorey account, there are a few limitations to be aware of - like only having one email sending domain, Stripe account, and client portal domain. For you and your team: You’ll use the LeadConnector app, which lets you manage your Ivorey account on the go. From replying to leads and checking bookings to tracking conversations and tasks, you’ll have the essentials at your fingertips.

For your members or students: They’ll use the Kollab app to access any courses, communities or memberships you’ve created on Ivorey. It’s a beautifully simple way for your people to stay engaged - without needing Facebook or other platforms. There’s also an option to white-label this app under your own business name and branding for an additional fee per month!

Yes - Ivorey integrates directly with QuickBooks, and our Xero integration is currently in development and expected to launch soon. In the meantime, most members connect Stripe or PayPal as their payment gateways, which usually bridges the gap with most accounting software tools. And if you’re using something else? You can connect Ivorey to your favourite platform using Zapier, Make, or Pabbly for a custom integration setup. So while it’s not a full accounting system, Ivorey plays very nicely with the ones you already use. You can use Ivorey for proposals, invoicing, and client contracts, reducing the need for third-party invoicing software.

The list is honestly almost too long to type! Ivorey natively integrates with heaps of popular platforms – things like Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google Calendar, Outlook, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, QuickBooks and more. You can connect your social media accounts for scheduling, your ad accounts for tracking, your payment processors for seamless transactions – the essentials are all there. And for anything we don’t integrate with directly, you can usually bridge the gap using webhook tools like Zapier, Make or Pabbly. Just look for "LeadConnector" as the app name (since Ivorey is built on HighLevel) and you’ll be able to connect with thousands of other platforms.

Not yet - but it’s coming very soon! At the moment, you can absolutely manage client-related tasks inside Ivorey. Under Contacts > Tasks, you can assign internal reminders and admin actions -  things like sales follow-ups, sending proposals, or custom to-dos for your team. You can create tasks manually or set them up to trigger automatically using our workflows. (For example, when someone submits an enquiry, a task could be auto-assigned to follow up.) That said, if your projects involve multiple stages, collaborators, and sub-tasks, we recommend continuing to use a dedicated project management tool for now. Our native project management feature is currently in testing and expected to roll out in Q2 this year - it's one of our most-requested features and we can’t wait to bring it to life for you. We’ll keep you posted the moment it goes live.

You can absolutely optimise your website's SEO directly within Ivorey's Website Builder. You'd navigate to the page you'd like to update, for example your home page, then click on Edit and when you're in the editor you can click on SEO Metadata and from there you'll be able to customise your page titles, descriptions, keywords and even add canonical links for SEO purposes.

Ivorey was intentionally built to serve online coaches, educators, consultants, and service-based business owners - so it’s not designed for use in the medical or health industry where HIPAA compliance is a legal requirement. As such, we have chosen not to pursue HIPAA registration considering our target customers are not in the health or medical field. That said, we’re built on HighLevel’s enterprise-grade infrastructure, hosted by trusted providers like Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. Your data is stored on globally recognized platforms that follow strict security and privacy standards, including ISO 27001. These providers also conduct regular penetration testing and maintain robust IT security and data processing protocols.

Yes, you absolutely can! Ivorey has a built-in affiliate manager that lets you set up and run your own affiliate programs with ease. You can create campaigns for different offers, assign unique links to your affiliates, track their referrals and commissions, and even customise your payout structure (flat fee or percentage). You’re also able to add affiliates automatically through a form and onboarding workflow, making it super simple to grow your referral network. One thing to note: each affiliate campaign is tied to a specific offer or funnel, rather than one global program - so if you’re selling multiple products or services, you can create separate campaigns with different commission rates for each. That gives you a lot more flexibility and control. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or manually - whatever suits you best.
