SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Love helping people solve problems, stay calm under pressure, and organise chaos into clarity? This one's for you.
Here's what your day as a Support Specialist looks like:
• Managing all incoming conversations across all channels during your shift, whether from existing members needing tech support or prospective customers trying to decide if Ivorey is the right fit, aiming for fast 3-hour response times
• Helping new members confidently adopt the platform by sending agency service documents, collecting the right information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Helping members find the right resources and recommending add-on services based on their needs, while ensuring seamless handovers to our internal teams.
• Assisting with creating and updating tech tutorials, walkthroughs, and Help Centre resources to empower members to get the most out of Ivorey
You'll thrive here if you:
• Have experience working in virtual support roles and love providing exceptional service in a remote environment
• Are a systems thinker who genuinely enjoys optimising backend workflows and helping others embrace and navigate tech
• Love solving problems with calm, clear, and professional communication
• Take pride in your quick response times and helping people feel genuinely supported
• Get real satisfaction from seeing clean, organised support inboxes where no one gets left hanging
• Enjoy creating helpful resources and FAQs that help members feel confident using and adopting the platform.

IN-HOUSE DESIGNER
Love bringing brands to life through beautiful, functional design? Thrive in fast-moving creative team? This one's for you.
Here's what your day as a Designer looks like:
• Bringing our members’ creative visions to life by building beautiful websites and funnels using Ivorey templates
• Supporting the marketing team with promo materials, mockups, and creative assets that showcase our work
• Reviewing design revisions and polishing final deliverables to ensure everything stays high-quality and on-brand
• Creating branded course portal and community spaces that capture the essence of our members offerings
• Designing on-brand forms, proposals and contracts that help our members deliver premium client experiences
You'll thrive here if you:
• Are confident in Canva, understand web design principles, and have an eye for clean, modern aesthetics
• Have experience designing websites or funnels in drag-and-drop builders like Kajabi, Squarespace, or Go High Level
• Love variety and enjoy working across different brands, styles, and types of projects
• Can manage your own time, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
