CUSTOMER JOURNEY &
SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Love designing client journeys, building backend automations, and helping women navigate tech? This one's for you.

Here's what your day as a Customer Journey & Support Specialist looks like:


• Strategising and optimising smart, scalable client journeys inside Ivorey - using pipelines, workflows, and automations to guide members in how to best set up the back-end of their business.


• Managing all incoming conversations across all channels during your shift, whether from existing members needing tech support or prospective customers trying to decide if Ivorey is the right fit


• Being 2IC on the Support Team and responsible for leading during USA hours and stepping in with deeper strategic insight when complex automation questions arise.


• Proactively creating and updating tech tutorials, workflow templates, training courses, and help articles to empower members to  members to achieve their goals on Ivorey e.g. onboarding their clients, or automating another key piece of their business.



You'll thrive here if you:


• Are a systems thinker who genuinely enjoys mapping smart client journeys, optimising backend workflows, and enjoys helping others to embrace and navigate tech.


• Bring at least 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting coaches, consultants, or service providers - with a strong grasp of their typical tech stacks, offer suites, and backend systems. You can confidently guide them in translating complex client journeys into streamlined workflows.


• Stay calm under pressure, communicate with clarity and professionalism, and uphold high standards across both strategy and support.


• Take full ownership of your inbox, your outcomes, and your performance KPI's that are tracked weekly.
