End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the IVOREY software ("the Software"). The Software is owned and operated by Go High Level ("GHL") and provided to you by Ivorey under a white-label agreement. This EULA contains important information about limitations on our liability and your rights. Your access to and use of the Software is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this EULA. This EULA applies to everyone, including viewers, users, and others who wish to access or use the Software.
By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. This EULA should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Ivorey website and services. If you disagree with any part of this EULA, you do not have our permission to access or use the Software.
License Rights
Ivorey grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software subject to the terms of this EULA. This license is granted for business use. Reproduction of the Software is prohibited. You may install as many copies of the Software as necessary for your business.
Warranty
The Software is provided "as is." No warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) applies to the Software. Ivorey does not guarantee that the Software will be free from bugs or that it will operate uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ivorey be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages arising out of or related to the Software or any breach of this EULA. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost reimbursements, lost data, or lost savings. This also covers damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, delays in operation, transmission failures, or any failure of performance, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability
The total liability of Ivorey arising out of or related to this EULA or the Software, whether due to breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees actually received by us from you for the Software.
Updates and Maintenance
We may need to make additions or upgrades to the Software from time to time. Ivorey will decide at its sole discretion when and how to release updates. You may need to agree to any updated EULA before installing these updates. Updates and maintenance will be provided free of charge.
User Content and Intellectual Property
Ivorey respects your privacy and intellectual property. Your content, including websites, emails, product information, courses, client communications, and other data, remains your property. Ivorey will not access, use, or distribute your content without your consent, except as necessary for the operation of the Software or as required by law.
Account Access for Support
Ivorey may access your account solely for the purpose of providing support and troubleshooting. This access will only be used to assist you with issues related to the Software and will be handled with the utmost care to ensure your privacy and data security.
Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this EULA, including but not limited to interpretation or breach, shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in South Australia, Australia. You and Ivorey agree that claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class or representative action.
Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to this EULA at any time without prior notice.
