Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the IVOREY™ Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Products Included in the Affiliate Program

The products eligible for commissions under the IVOREY™ Affiliate Program is the Forever Plan - available in both monthly and annual subscriptions, and in either USD or AUD. The program does not apply to agency services or any other products outside IVOREY's Forever Plan (our software subscription).

Affiliate Commission
Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on the lifetime value of each customer referred and signed up through their unique affiliate link. A 14-day cookie tracking period applies. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure the referred customer uses their unique affiliate link at the time of sign-up in order to qualify for commissions. Commissions are only paid once payments have been successfully processed and not refunded or charged back. No backdated commissions will be awarded.

Commission Holding Period

All affiliate commissions are paid out on a net-30 basis, meaning there is a 30-day holding period after the commission is earned. Commissions will show as due at the end of the following month and are then paid within the first five business days (Monday through Friday) of the new month. For example, if someone signed up using your affiliate link on January 5th, your commission will show as due at the end of February and will be paid within the first five business days of March.

As we pay commissions in multiple currencies, this timeline ensures all conversions and payouts are processed accurately across our global affiliate base.

Lead Qualification

The IVOREY™ Affiliate Program is designed to introduce new customers to IVOREY™. Referring yourself or your own businesses under the same ownership is not allowed. Each affiliate must introduce unique, unrelated customers to qualify for commission eligibility.

Affiliate Traffic and Conversions

All affiliate traffic should be directed to our main pricing page, which is the default destination of your affiliate link. This allows potential customers to learn about IVOREY™, view our transparent pricing, explore all features, and opt into a demo if desired. If a customer opts into a demo, we will handle the follow-up and conversion process through our strategic email campaigns. If they subscribe within 14 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn the 20% commission for as long as they remain subscribed.

Payment Terms

Payments will be made via PayPal in the currency the commissions were earned. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal email address is accurate and up-to-date. If an affiliate fails to provide their PayPal email by the allocated payout date, their payout will be included in the next payment batch (processed within the first five business days of the following month) once the correct details have been provided. Please note that the affiliate portal displays commissions in AUD, which may differ from the final payout figure if commissions are paid in a different currency. Commissions will be paid in the currency the referred customer subscribed to IVOREY™ with. For example, if the customer subscribed in USD, the commission will be paid in USD, even though the portal reflects amounts in AUD.

Minimum Payout Threshold
Affiliate commissions will be paid once they accrue a minimum of $100 in the relevant currency in which the commission was earned (e.g. $100 USD or $100 AUD). Commissions will be held until this threshold is reached and are only paid in increments above that amount. For example, if you are due $200 USD and $29 AUD, your USD payout will be processed, but the AUD payout will be held until it reaches $100 AUD. If an affiliate cancels their IVOREY™ subscription, any commission owed will be paid out, even if it does not meet the $100 minimum in that currency.

Refunds and Commission Adjustments

While IVOREY™ does not typically offer refunds on subscriptions, in the rare instance that a customer successfully appeals or demands a refund and that refund is processed after affiliate commission has been paid, the commission associated with that sale will be voided. We will not bill you for the refunded commission, but it will act as a credit towards your future commission payments. 

Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates agree to promote IVOREY™ in a professional and ethical manner. Affiliates agree not to engage in any activities that could damage the reputation of IVOREY™, including but not limited to spam, misleading advertising, or false claims. Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility Requirement
To be eligible to participate in the IVOREY™ Affiliate Program and receive commissions, you must maintain an active IVOREY™ account. If your IVOREY™ subscription is cancelled, outstanding or inactive, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. Reactivating your account will begin a new affiliate term and will not restore previous referrals or commission history.

Termination

IVOREY™ reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, all affiliate commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid.

Disclaimer

IVOREY™ makes no guarantees regarding the success of the affiliate program. Affiliate earnings will depend on a variety of factors, including the affiliate's marketing efforts and the performance of the IVOREY™ product. By participating in the IVOREY™ Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. IVOREY™ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
